SAMBA INSTALLATION HELP

Dear sirs,
I'm a new user of LINUX, and I'trying to configure a Linux File Server using Samba.
All the manuals I've found suggest to configure the Samba throught a Web browser, at the address http://localhost:901
All seems well configured, but I cannot go to the SWAT in order to configure the SAMBA.
I've some dubt about the name of the server and its workgroup.
I'm using RedHat distribution 7.0

I know that this question is probably too general, but: can you try to help me?
