seems to have dumped a file tmp.print as expected ( i take it )

linux printing is fine works ok

as does

copy dos.txt \\kascha\lp_text

from the NT box

which then prints

If the printer is off line I cannot bring up properties ie if ive
stopped samba, once starting samba gain & online it works again so its
talking a wee bit.

Ive just re-installed samba with no joy.
