Enabling SWAT

Hi Jelmer...

Thanks for the VERY quick response. Unfortunately, there is no actual 
"xinetd.conf" file. There is an "xinetd.d" directory in /etc. Inside is 
the "linuxconf-web" file. Is this the file that I need to alter?
