Migration from samba 2.0.7 to 2.2.2

Hi to all!
i doing a migration from one box to other 
as follow:
old box FreeBSD 4.3 -RELEASE and samba 2.0.7
new box FreeBSD 4.4 - RELEASE and samba 2.2.2
to move my unix users just copy this files
a) /etc/passwd
b) /etc/master.passwd
c)/etc/group
d) /etc/shells
what i need for samba?
/usr/local/private/smbpasswd 
something else?
