SmbMount - NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

Help ! I am really, really stuck, on Redhat 7.1 kernel-2.4.2-2, 
samba-2.2.2-2.i386.rpm, client and common are also 2.2.2. I keep getting 
this same error message. I'm using the right user name and password for the 
win2k server (sp2). Apart from long filename errors this was working until 
I upgraded to 2.2.2. Ani ideas ?
