samba & suse 7.2

I have updated my suse 7.2's samba(2.2.0) to samba(2.2.2). After the update my samba server won't work again. I've noticed that samba are not using the same file locations that suse linux is using. What must i do to correct this problem? I've also changed my init.d file to accomodate these changes.
