SMBServer 4.0 Event Generation ID:201 Question?

I am getting an event 201 on my Primary Domain Controller:  Winnt 4.0 Server
running SP6a.
 
It says No License was available for user Domain/User using product
SMBServer 4.0.
 
Can you please tell me why I would be getting this message and where the
source is. I have searched MS Tech pages till I am blue and everything seems
to lead back you your company. Any information would be grateful.
