samba server not accessible

Hi Samba Team
I have a Samba Server Installed on my mainly NT/Win2K Server network.
My Unix server registers on the DHCP Server and after starting SMBD and NMBD 
in shows up on the network.

I'm able to ping the Unix box from the NT box and  vise versa, but when I 
try do access the share from the network I get a error saying "//samba 
server not accessible." What am I doing wrong, can you help in any way 
please.
