May be it's called todos or something. Ther should be a rpm you can 
install. At least there is one for RH.

"logical samba domain"?? What do you mean? "Workgroup"? Just set the 
workgroup to the same on all machines and they are by each other in 
the network neigbourhood. If you want a central authentisication, 
look for PDC - primary domain controller in the Samba-HowTo - it's 
more then just a smb.conf

If you use the printer drivers locally on the clients, just set up a 
[printers] share in smb.conf.
   printing = your_system
   browsable = yes
   printable = yes
should do the job, may be you have to define print command = and so 
on. Look at man smb.conf
