[Samba] Solution: Samba-2.2.3a and Win95?

Unfortunately, this solution doesn't apply to my setup (I already have 
different names for DOMAIN and NETBIOS).

I have run out of ideas for diagnostics, short of starting to dump raw
traces of the network traffic.

Any suggestions welcome.
