[Samba] Locking Options. - ACT Database

It's a known problem.

NT4 + ACT!2000 - works well
Win98 + ACT!2000 - also work well
Win95 + ACT!2000 - suffers of locking problem, "virtual network
redirector" must be updated (update is available from the Microsoft site)
