[Samba] Generated logon scripts

  After following the thread relating to the generation of dynamically
created logon scripts, I decided to write such a tool.

  It can be found at: http://www.0x0a.com/netlogon.php

  One of these days, I might try the current LDAP enabled samba to see
how that flys..I was quite interested in integrating that into my
Exchange replacement project. :)

btw, thanks to those that replied regarding the profile issues with
WinNT but the problem still exists..I tend to think that it's an NT4
sp6a problem as my Win9x/XP machines do not exhibit such symptoms.
