[Samba] New one: samba 3.0alpha15 from yesterday/today

I compiled on solaris yesterday and today from cvs samba 3.0alpha15.  Now,
when I run smbstatus, I get the following:


Unable to copy service - source not found: 
Conversion from UCS-2LE to UTF-8 not supported
Conversion from ASCII to UTF-8 not supported
Conversion from ASCII to UTF-8 not supported
Conversion from ASCII to UTF-8 not supported
Conversion from UTF-8 to UCS-2LE not supported
Conversion from UTF-8 to ASCII not supported
Conversion from UTF-8 to ASCII not supported
Conversion from UTF-8 to ASCII not supported

It is looking for include files?  How do we fix this one?
By the way, any answer coming on what the whining about missing .dat files
and handle_source_env file?
