just the same way as with any other gcc-comaptible sourcecode. grab the
gcc sources, configure gcc to be a cross compiler for ARM (the gcc
readme is your friend there, or was that 'your enemy'...), then compile
samba for ARM by using the right gcc binary to compile it.
I've never done that myself so I can't offer further help, but the gcc
docs on building cross-development environments are quite extensive.
