[Samba] browse list problems continued.

Hi,
I do not have an nt4 wins server. My network right now has one
router/gateway with ipfilter on it. This machine also has the samba
server which has home directories on it, though i plan on moving them to
another box soon. I also have one win2ksp2 laptop running 2k
professional.
