[Samba] cyrillic encoding problem with samba

Dear Sirs,

I'm using samba-2.2.3a, in GECOS my surname is written using KOI8-R,
how can I make WinNT to display it properly ?

(when I lock NT workstation, it says "workstation is locked by XXXYYY")
