Hi, I have installed Samba in my machine, but I have a
problem. I can see my machine in the network
neighborhood, but i can't access it. I can't even do a
ping to my machine from a win95 client, using its
name.

I am using a simple smb.conf file this is it

[global]
   workgroup = EFSA_MEDANOS
   local master = no
   encrypt passwords = yes
   log level = 1
   max log size = 1000
   socket options = TCP_NODELAY IPTOS_LOWDELAY
   guest ok = no
[homes]
   browseable = no
   map archive = yes
[test]
   browseable = yes
   comment = For testing only, please
   path = /export/samba/test
   read only = no
   guest ok = yes

Thank you for any help.
