[Samba] Windows2000SP2/Word2000 slow printing

Further to the VERY Slow Printing response with Win2000.

I've seen a few posts on Win2000 spoolss/printing response or related
matters.  I've been trying to solve such problems on our network of
mixed NT4/W2kSP2 workstations and have noticed that the problems with
printer response are considerably improved if Win2000 "native?" drivers
are used rather than "Win2000 or NT4" drivers.

Having both loaded on the samba print server seems to at least
partially solve the problem. (W2K machines automatically select the
Win2000 drivers)
