[Samba] Samba help for domain user setup (samba 3.x)

Do a  ./configure --help  to see all the options with small descriptions. 

The --with-acl-support assumes you have added ACL support to your kernel.  
With that option you can more granually edit file permissions.  As opposed to 
being stuck with One user, One group, and Everyone else.  You can have 
multiple users, groups, etc.  

I have no experience with ssl.
