[Samba] nt as a central authentication server for both linuxand windows

dear sir ,
it is possible to have nt to authenticate my linux user also, 
i have configured linux server as domain member using samba
thanking you ,we have nis as central authentication server ,then i have to
create two user account in linux server and nt server
