[Samba] Problem to logon samba 2.2.2 PDC

Sorry!

Thanks for the advise, but "unfortunately" I didn't use "$" in the command
line, any other suggestions?

I've re-createt the smbpasswd line with the "-m" option and it now looks
like this:

w2kws1$:558:BBCA0958D1A52181AAD3B435B51404EE:7AD455162B4AD989BDE4D7188C0823A
C:[W ]:LCT-00000000:
But.. I can't still logon..

Can you re-send your message PLAIN TEXT, so we can understand (and not
possibly confuse things further)?

Did you use the "-m" option to specify that you were creating a machine
account? The "U" in the line from smbpasswd looks to me like it is a user
account, not a machine account.
