[Samba] License for an NT domain

Hello, I'm having a license question

If I have a samba PDV server with 5 NT workstation or Win2k Pro (as
NT-domain clients).
Will I have to buy to microsoft 5 NT Server Licenses ?
Or do I only have to put my samba PDC on the server and 5 Win2k Pro ?
