[Samba] smbpasswd and RID values

Grrr, what happened was I compiled samba 2.2.3a and did make install but
forgot to ./configure using --prefix=/usr so basically I was running
2.2.2, not 2.2.3a.
This rid value bug is present in 2.2.2, not 2.2.3a.
