[Samba] Problem compiling Samba 2.2.3a on Redhat 7.1

I saw this same type of error on a RedHat 6.2 system with all the 
updated RPMS from redhat.com.  Didn't have time yet to track it down.
For what it's worth, I've just built the RPM on a patched 7.1 system (with 
a Linux 2.4.17 kernel).
