[Samba] migration smbpasswd -> ldap

Hi Gonzola,

The URL is great. At the moment I only used samba 2.2.2 without LDAP.
This time I try to find a usefull structure for my LDAP and try to
migrate the datas. I'm sorry that I can't help you.
