[Samba] RPMs for Samba 2.2.3 are corrupt

There was a silly typo in one of the functions that maps between unix, dos
and NT errors which caused drag and drop in Explorer to fail.  )-:

2.2.3a fixes this and I think a compile problem with building winbind
on HPUX < 11.x

The release will probably happen today AEST time.
