[Samba] RPMs for Samba 2.2.3 are corrupt

I believe just to make sure most people do not suffer from the Win2K SP2 
overwriting problem - if there's a choice between 2.2.3 and 2.2.3a, 
hopefully people will get 2.2.3a.
