[Samba] smb/unix password sync

HI Paul :

Easiest way, change your passwd program to = /usr/bin/unixpasswd,
rename /usr/bin/passwd to unixpasswd and rename smbpasswd to passwd.

then, when the user types passwd, he is actually changing his smbpasswd, 
and samba synchs the unix password.
