[Samba] printer admin newbie question

Hello all.

I'm having a problem managing printers from an XP client.  I have a group
called "smbprint" and those members in it are to be printer
administrators.  So, I set "printer admin = @smbprint" in my smb.conf
file.  Yet, when I try to modify or create a printer, I get the following
message:

"Printer settings could not be saved. Access is denied."

How can I fix this?

Samba 2.2.3, running as a PDC
Windows XP Pro client
User does not have root privileges and is not a domain admin, but is a
member of "smbprint"
