[Samba] passwd chat / passwd program - help please

Hello all,

My windows clients can't change their password via the password utility 
in windows.  They just get an incorrect password error.  here are my 
configs:

passwd chat = "Changing password for user*" "\n" "New UNIX password:" 
"%n\n" "Retype new UNIX password:" "%n\n" "passwd: all authentication 
tokens updated successfully"
passwd program = /usr/bin/passwd %u
passwd chat debug = yes

Any ideas?
