[Samba] Delayed Write failures with Windows XP

[Hall, Ken (ECSS)]

Not an option for the time being.  Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?  I don't see why permissions would be an issue for this situation and no other, especially given that the users
aren't having trouble with any other files.
