Try,
 
 "hosts allow = 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.2 192.168.1.3 192.168.1.4" in your
smb.conf global.
Can also use "valid users = @4person-group" to the [share]
 
They will have to have static IPs.

I wanna give access just for 3 machines to my linux machine. my network is
composed for 16 machines.
 
the others 13 machines even would not see the linux machine.
