[Samba] "Conversion from UTF8 to CP850 not supported"

I just compiled Samba 3.0alpha22 from CVS and it reports errors such
as the following when I launch it:

Conversion from CP850 to ASCII not supported
Conversion from CP850 to UTF8 not supported
Conversion from UTF8 to CP850 not supported

I installed libiconv to see if that would help things, but it seems to
have only increased the number of conversions not supported :-)
