[Samba] SAMBA hosts vanishing from WINS server running on NT4

Your choices are:
1) Restart nmbd occassionally (weekly or so)
2) Update to samba-2.2.7a (releases today)
This is a known problem that I believe has been closed out since 2.2.1a
and 2.0.7.
