You shold check, that your filesystem suports ACL-s (e.g. XFS for Irix and Linux), then change the owner of the required files to root, and group root change, the permissions acordingly e.g 700, and add acl entrys for the desired groups.

  1- How can I set in this directory
  Group System can read, write and execute
  Group Eng only read
  Group Network can read and write
  Everyone no access
