[Samba] For big guys...

To simplify my life and of my company all users mapped just two letter Y: (default home with W2k) and i: that mapped \\samba_server\data

I have i:\grp\documents 

Question:

1- How can I set in this directory
Group System can read, write and execute
Group Eng only read
Group Network can read and write
Everyone no access
