[Samba] NT security dialog

Hi,
	I have a samba server running on a Solaris box with NIS running.  My problem 
is when I use the NT security dialog box and select the machine to view 
accounts from it only gives me what is in /etc/passwd not anything from the 
NIS database. Can some one point me in the right direction to fix this or is 
this the designed behavior?
