A large number of Samba developers met last week during one of the breaks 
at the CIFS conference an ironed out some of the details.  I think we are 
still looking at late fall, but that it just a guess.  I will be posting 
the requirements for shipping 3.0 on samba.org later this week as well as 
were we are on that roadmap.  Stay tuned....
