[Samba] How do I create a globally accessible directory [partly solved] (XP works/98 doesn't)

Or you can run your smb.conf thru swat, and commit changes without changing
anything. Swat deletes all explicitly specified defaults, for a much smaller
smb.conf. Be aware it also deletes comments :-).
