[Samba] Samba build on solaris 9

I figured out the issue.Turns out that inet_aton is part of
libresolv.so.2 under Solaris 8/9.  I modified the Make file to add
-lresolv to the libs string, and everything went fine.  Maintainers, you
may want to note this for the Solaris platform.
