If it is a firewall issue & you accepted the Medium security setting during
setup, both iptables & ipchains are running. run "iptables stop" and
"ipchains stop" from /etc/init.d. If this resolves the problem, mv both of
them so they won't start up automatically (in rc3.d or rc5.d).
