[Samba] integrating win2k and redhat linux

i have a linux machine that i want to connect to a
windows2000 domain to offer services like file sharing
etc.
i have configured samba but whenever i access the
linux machine from the win2k network neighbourhood ,
it gives me an error saying that 
"Network not correct"

specifications:

security=domain
password=encrypted
dns =false
wins server=server add.
please reply at the same e-mail address.
