[Samba] Winbind cannot find/connect to PDC.

It is running, but it hasn't connected to the PDC correctly.  It says:

  [2002/08/12 09:12:31, 3] nsswitch/winbindd_cm.c:get_connection_from_cache(435)
    Could not open a connection to OUR_DOMAIN for \PIPE\lsarpc (NT_STATUS_DOMAIN_CONTROLLER_NOT_FOUND)
