[Samba] Adding Users on the system.

Gurus,

I have installed Samba on my Hpux 11.0 and all seems fine.  Services run and try connecting from 2000 workstation and getting an error that user does not have rights.  I am not sure how to add users to the samba (Unix) server?  I see that there is a smbpasswd but that seems to want to change entries and when I attempt it errors that there is no current entry.  I am not sure how to use the addtosmbpass.  Is this what I need to do?
