I think you might need to look into reloading Windows Me :/ It's at least a
fairly painless process - and I'm guessing being a church, there won't be
any problems with 'CDs full of software that a friend loaded' :)

It might seem like overkill, but if 2000 isn't having problems, you could
save yourself an inordinate amount of time just by biting the bullet =)
