[Samba] Re: Samba stops working on HP-UX 11

As a followup to my previous post, apparently there is an issue with
mmap on HP-UX.  This has been logged as a bug, and the release notes
claim that it has been fixed as of version 2.2.2, but there is still a
problem.

After configuring samba, HP-UX users need to delete the '#define
HAVE_MMAP' lines from include/config.h.  This solves tdb problems that
were in the log file I posted.
