[Samba] OT - network time

Does anyone know of any package that would allow one Linux machine to
get the time and set it own time ??

I use ntpdate to query from a time server and set the time for my main
server (linux). However, this main server is not a time server itself.
Other clients (mostly win98) use net time in dos to sync their time with
the main server.

Other linux servers, desirably, should get their time from the central
server too.

I have tried netdate, but won't work.
