Hello Matthieu,

I've done a simular thing, putting a samba server in a existing domain,
and I have written a howto about it.

See : http://www.sin.khk.be/~dj/

You'll see that there are 2 ways to join a domain. Also a reboot will help
sometimes.

And if you could proovide some error message and send them to this list
maybe the people here can help you a bit more.
