[Samba] Setting file permissions from Windows 2K

I am trying to set a Samba share up in which I can have all files written
from a windows 2K fully open (RWXRWXRWX) but still have the ability to alter
the Unix permissions from windows.

Any help on how to set this up would be greatly appreciated.
