[Samba] Windows95 disconnects

Yep, I got this from our DHCP config - 20hrs

default-lease-time 72000
max-lease-time 144000

I read somewhere this could be a problem with Win95 without SP1 - but
the version in 95B so this patch is already installed on it.
I have tried updating the winsock drivers, and am waiting for a support
call ;)

We had the same problem on another win95 machine, and ended up upgrading
it to win98 which cured the problem
